Make Holiday Parking Easier for Your Team This Nights of Lights Season
Parking and traffic can be a real challenge during Nights of Lights, both for your customers and your employees. With crowded streets, limited spaces, and the holiday rush, getting your team to work on time can be tougher than ever.
To help ease the pressure, the City of St. Augustine now offers permanent and temporary workforce parking permits designed specifically for downtown businesses. These options make it easier for employees—especially those in hospitality, retail, and service roles—to get to work without the stress of hunting for parking.

Workforce Parking Options for Downtown Businesses
SOLD OUT Toques Lot (24 Toques Place)
48 assigned, numbered spaces reserved 24/7 for permit holders.
Businesses with 50+ employees must apply for a minimum of 5 spaces.
Price: $79.88 per space per month
Granada Street Lot (78 Bridge Street)
Approximately 148 unnumbered spaces.
Available Mon–Fri, 6:00pm–6:00am, plus all day Saturday and Sunday.
No minimum space requirement.
Price: $53.25 per space per month
Flagler College Parking Garage (Malaga Street)
Approximately 250 unnumbered spaces.
Available December 13 – January 4, 2026, valid 24 hours during that period.
No minimum space requirement.
Price: $53.25 per space

Permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and can be picked up once you are notified. All permits issued in this cycle are valid through September 30, 2026.
These permits are for employee shift parking only and may not be used for valet or customer parking. Parking enforcement staff will monitor the lots to ensure compliance.
