Tracey Phillips is a experienced entrepreneur, sales strategist, and community leader with over two decades of experience helping businesses grow through the power of relationships. For 23 years, she owned and built Promotional Presence, LLC into a highly successful company known for elevating brand visibility and driving revenue growth. In February 2025, Promotional Presence proudly merged with Proforma, marking a new chapter in its legacy of client service and innovation.

Today, Tracey is the Founder and CEO of REACH Success Systems, a Sales and Leadership training company dedicated to helping professionals and organizations achieve transformational results. At the heart of the REACH methodology is a simple but powerful principle: strong relationships drive lasting success. Her programs equip business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales teams with the tools to connect authentically, build trust, and create exceptional customer experiences that fuel growth.

A passionate advocate for community and leadership, Tracey has been deeply involved with the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce for more than 20 years, serving as an Ambassador, Chair of the Northwest Business Council, and a member of the Board of Directors. She is also active with the JAX Chamber, where she serves on the Advisory Board for the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center. Recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements and commitment to women in business, Tracey was named PWC Woman Business Owner of the Year in 2019 and served as President of Women Business Owners of Northeast Florida from 2022 to 2023.

Tracey lives in St. Johns County with her husband, Dave, and remains committed to empowering professionals, strengthening businesses, and creating a culture of growth through connection and community.
